You can visit our clubs during staffed hours for a tour. We are staffed weekdays 6am - 9pm and weekends 9am - 5pm. If you would like to trial one of our clubs, you can purchase a one-day pass on the website under 'Join Now'. The day pass rate is £8.50 and begins on the day of purchase. If you decide to upgrade your day pass to a full monthly membership within 24 hours, we can provide you with a promotion code which will discount the £10 joining fee by £8.50, so you are credited for the cost of the day pass.

You can freeze your membership by logging into the Members Area and following the steps on the screen. Memberships can be frozen in monthly increments, for up to a maximum of 3 months. The freeze rate is £5 per month instead of your usual monthly payment. Some fixed term memberships may not be freezable.
